Refund & Return Policy
At SEUFI, we take pride in carefully selecting and packaging our fragrances and products. Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of perfume oils and fragrance products, all fragrance sales are considered final.
No Returns or Refunds on Perfume Oils & Fragrance Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfume oils and related fragrance products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once an order has been placed.
This includes:
Perfume Oils
Attars
Oud Oils / Dehn Al Oud
Musk Oils
Fragrance Blends
Perfumes and Eau de Parfum
Scented creams, powders, and other fragrance-related products
Other products intended for personal use
This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been opened or remains sealed.
Not Sure About a Fragrance?
We understand that choosing a fragrance online can be difficult because everyone experiences scents differently.
To help you make an informed decision, SEUFI offers 1 ml samples of selected perfume oils. We strongly encourage customers to order a sample and experience the fragrance before purchasing a larger bottle.
Please note: Purchasing a 1 ml sample is optional, but once a full-size perfume oil or fragrance product has been purchased, it is not eligible for return or refund simply because you do not prefer the scent, strength, or performance.
Wrong Product Sent
If SEUFI sends you a product that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After verifying the issue, a refund will be initiated for the incorrect product, or SEUFI may offer a replacement where appropriate.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product received when contacting us.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
We will review the situation and, where the issue is confirmed, provide an appropriate resolution.
Important
Before purchasing a full-size fragrance, we encourage customers to take advantage of our 1 ml sample option whenever available.
Because of hygiene considerations, SEUFI does not accept returns or provide refunds for fragrance products based on scent preference, fragrance strength, personal taste, or change of mind.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be considered only when:
The wrong product was sent by SEUFI, or
The product arrived damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect.
All claims are subject to verification.
